What is CityPoint Loft's capacity?​
  • Cocktail Reception- up to 150 ppl  

  • Seated Dinner- up to 100ppl   (capacity based on seating arrangement and layout)

  • Theater Style- up to 150 ppl

What time must my event end?

Events at CityPoint Loft must end by 11:30pm.

Can I secure a caterer/Mobile Bartender not listed as your preferred vendor?

 

Yes.  Our preferred vendor list contains vendors with whom we have built relationships and can vouch for service quality.  However, feel free to choose a vendor not mentioned on our list however they must meet our license and insurance requirements.

What amenities are offered?

We have a host of technology in our space inclusive of: 55 in. Portable TV Monitors; High Speed Wireless Internet (300 mbps); LCD Projector; Professional PA System; Wireless Microphones. Additionally, we have music stands, 6 square tables, 10  6-ft tables, 150 chairs; refrigerator.    Each rental comes with 4 Highboy tables additional highboy tables available for add'l charge.

​Additionally:

  • 2 Private dressing rooms for bride and groom (by advance request)

  • LED Uplights

  • Coat racks w/ hangers

  • Black Chesterfield Tufted Sofa 

  • Black Modern Tufted Club Chair
